Lootbox Challenge: Code of Conduct

Hello everyone,

First of all, thanks for participating in our Black Shark Lootbox Challenge! We’re so glad to see the excitement around Black Shark, and we hope you're having as much fun as we are!

To celebrate our launch in Europe, we decided to go big: we're giving away Black Shark Gaming Kits, gift cards, accessories, discounts, and more. Unfortunately, this has attracted some people who are cheating the system in order to gain an inordinate amount of XP. This is unfair to the vast majority of players who are following the rules.

We're committed to making our Lootbox Challenge fair and fun for everyone. As you may have noticed, today, we've deducted some XP from those accounts not complying with the terms of the contest.

Any prizes awarded up until this point (not including the Engraved Black Shark) are still valid - and will be shipped within two weeks of the closing of the event. However, if rule-breaking behavior continues to occur, the offending accounts will be closed and all prizes will be cancelled.

We hope that these steps create a fair experience for everyone. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out and let us know. For those abiding by the rules, we hope you're having fun! Keep on winning. Good luck!
